Adding individual names to Team Jerseys, corporate shirts and many other garments, has never been easier, with Stahls Pre-Spaced Cut Names. These names arrive on a clear carrier, ready to apply as desired. With these individual names you can give your garments a personal touch with minimal effort. We can offer these names cut in a straight line or curved on an arch.

We  cut and offer a wide variety of different fonts and various colours , Which can be cut at different letter heights or size listed in the options above. We have listed six standard fonts to choose from. We can also use almost any font from all the standard and most common Serif/ Sans-Serif fonts found on most computers. We can also cut other unique fonts if desired, we would just require the digital font file which is usually a TTF (True Type Font) or OTF (Open Type Font) file extension. With unique fonts we recommend refrain in using fonts or typefaces that have distortions or eroded effects with very detailed lettering that give the text a vintage or weathered look, as this will not allow for a clean precise finish to the cut. Names that are hyphenated would more than likely require  2 lines of text and is thus charged as 2 names, however this will be supplied as one transfer.

*** These names are priced per line of text. If you require names or text over two  lines this will be billed as two names or two lines of text and would be double the base price in each letter height category .

HOW IT WORKS

5. Add quantity
*** 2 Lined names are double the base price so add an extra name in the same letter height, in the quantity for EACH name/ line of text that is over 2 lines *** 
6. Add to cart.
7. Download Name Order form- leave a note under your names if you require and names/ text over 2 lines
8. Proceed to and follow checkout instructions
9. Fill in the Name order form and email it back to us (the Order number is very important as it allows us to streamline your order)

 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

APPLICATION 1. Set your Iron temperature between wool & cotton.  Use a dry iron. DO NOT USE STEAM 2. Iron garment where name is to be applied. 3. Position name with mylar backing still attached. 4. Iron The mylar backing with medium pressure for 20 to 30 seconds. Iron evenly do not use excessive force. 5. Allow to cool and carefully remove the carrier from the name 6. If the name lifts while removing the mylar backing replace the carrier & re-iron as in step 5.
