DESCRIPTION

This thin polyurethane heat transfer film has a matte finish, an extensive range of colours, is stretchable, has a soft at hand feel and will apply to most fabrics, including cotton, poly/cotton blends, polyester, acrylics and other similar fibres. Hotmark Light Film is on a clear carrier with a low tack adhesive making it extremely easy to cut, weed and heat apply. Perfect for T-shirts, Polo’s, Team Shirts, Caps and More.

  CUTTING AND APPLICATION

 

How To Use 1. Using a cutting plotter, cut the design in reverse 2. Set Heat Press to the desired temperature 3. Pre-press garment to remove any moisture 4.  Apply heat for 8-10 seconds, medium pressure 5. Allow to cool, remove the carrier. 6. Cover with Teflon & re-hit with Teflon for 5 seconds

Cutting Notes Always test cut prior to any production run. Cutter settings will need to be adjusted as the blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least  1/8” for lettering & logos. Multi-colour Designs After preheating garment, place cover sheet over graphic and press for 2 seconds, peeling hot. Align the second colour and replace cover sheet. Repeat for additional colours. Finish with the final application of 8-10 seconds.

 

TECH SPECS

 

WASH Machine Wash / Hand Wash Printed products can be machine or hand washed at no more than 40 degrees Celsius. should also be washed inside out. Allow 24 hours after application before washing
