SPECIFICATIONS
Thickness (Excluding 100micron PET Liner): 180mic. (70mic. Reflective Skin, 60mic. Hotmelt, 50mic, OPP liner film)
1. Remove protective clear layer
2. While Mirrored cut desired graphics on adhesive side
3. Weed away excess media
4. Trim edges of carrier
5. Pre-Press garment for 2-3 seconds
6. Position and apply for 5-6 seconds
7. Peel Back the carrier while warm
8. Cover with Teflon Sheet and Re-press for 5 Seconds
Cutting Notes
Always remove protective plastic before cutting. We recommend using a spare blade as reflective media shortens blade life much quicker compared to normal media due to the tiny glass particles.
Always test cut prior to any production run. Cutter settings and blade will need to be adjusted as the blade ages.

CUTTING AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
