50/50 PLUS SERIES – WHITE ONLY

Completely phthalate-free and specially designed for cotton/poly blended fabrics to prevent dye migration. 50/50 Plus White’s short body and creamy texture easily print through meshes up to 230/in (92T) making it a perfect choice when an economical under base and highlight white is necessary in a simulated process print.

 

FEATURES

• Creamy texture of 50/50 Plus enables lower squeegee pressure easily covering dark backgrounds with less ink.
• Higher viscosity of 50/50PF produces better coverage on dark backgrounds on automatic machines.
• Low-bleed formulation helps fight dye migration on cotton/poly blended fabrics especially hoodies.
• Economical price produces higher per print profits.

550PF SERIES- VARIOUS COLORS

Excalibur’s 550PF Series offer printers the ultimate in opacity and printability for direct printing 100% cotton dark fabrics. For best results if printing a color by itself either a double stroke or a print/flash/print technique should be utilised. 533PF is manufactured with the same base and pigments as the 550PF Series. Available in a colour range of 15 standard and 4 neon colours.
 

FEATURES

• High-opacity formulas easily cover 100% cotton dark fabrics.
• Creamy, easy-printing consistency produces sharp, opaque prints on both manual and automatic presses.
• Completely phthalate-free and lead-free formulation complies with all standards of Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) banning phthalates and heavy metals in textile-printing inks.
